∎ 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or distribution management, preferably in e-commerce.
∎ Proven experience working with regional distributors and building new supply channels.
∎ Exposure to P&L management or strong readiness to take on P&L ownership.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in new business environments or scale-up operations.
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with analytical thinking.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, approach, and onboard new FMCG distributors aligned with our product strategy and regional demand.
∎ Negotiate supply terms, pricing models, and service level agreements (SLAs).
∎ Guide distributors through onboarding processes, including digital system setup and compliance requirements.
∎ Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle from onboarding to performance management.
∎ Build strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure availability, fulfillment accuracy, and adherence to delivery SLAs.
∎ Resolve supply-related issues including delays, short shipments, or stockouts.
∎ Conduct frequent field visits to monitor distributor performance and market conditions.
∎ Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of distributor inventory into our supply system.
∎ Monitor key KPIs (e.g., fill rate, on-time-in-full (OTIF), and lead time) and initiate necessary improvements.
∎ Support product development in collaboration with product team
∎ Work closely with the growth teams to anticipate supply needs based on customer trends and promotions to build categories.
∎ Maintain competitive pricing and SKU coverage by regularly benchmarking against market availability.
∎ This role is responsible for building and managing an FMCG distribution network to ensure timely and efficient product availability. It involves end-to-end supply chain oversight from distributor onboarding to performance management. The position will play a critical role in optimizing supply operations, supporting product development, and driving category growth by aligning with market trends. The role will also evolve into ownership of P&L responsibilities as the business scales
