Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations of our Agricultural and Lifestyle sectors.
∎ In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, HR and Finance, to create effective business and manpower plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures by analyzing information to have a seamless supply chain, logistic, procurement and operations
∎ Develops project timelines as needed and communicates resource requirements, both internal external
∎ Driving improvement in inventory availability, increasing inventory efficiency, improving purchasing automation, and reducing input costs
∎ Improvements to inventory management processes over time, including identifying defects, reducing waste, and improving supply chain effectiveness
∎ Innovative, team-oriented, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
∎ Must have proven experience in Vendor/Supplier management
∎ Participate in special projects, providing leadership and expertise as needed on cross-functional teams
∎ Develop and manage monthly, quarterly and yearly departmental budgets
∎ Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment along with technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
∎ Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Effective leadership skills & people & performance management
∎ Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with negotiation skills, influencing abilities
