Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee procurement operations, ensuring timely order placement and shipment tracking.Manage LC procedures, shipping documentation, and customs clearance for imported goods.
∎ Coordinate with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth import operations.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock availability and minimizing shortages or excess.
∎ Analyze supply chain data, prepare reports, and provide insights for process improvements.
∎ Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to align procurement with business needs.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supply chain efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with import regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
∎ As a Supply Chain Executive/Sr. Executive at Al Haramain Perfumes Bangladesh, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring smooth procurement, inventory control, and timely product availability. Since the company imports all products from Dubai, the role requires expertise in LC (Letter of Credit) procedures, logistics coordination, and vendor management. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential to optimize the supply chain process and support business growth.
