Drink Preparation:

• Preparing a variety of boba tea drinks (milk tea, fruit tea, etc.) according to recipes and standards. 

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and addressing customer inquiries. 

POS Operation:

• Handling cash transactions, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, and making change. 

Food Safety & Sanitation:

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. 

Inventory Management:

• Assisting with stocking supplies, replenishing ingredients, and potentially managing inventory. 

Teamwork & Communication:

• Effectively communicating with team members, potentially training new staff, and resolving issues.
