∎ Good communication and team management skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Are you a detail-oriented and safety-conscious professional with a knack for inventory and materials management? Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor – Store & Inventory and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across our supply chain.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ ✅ Supervise receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods
∎ ✅ Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records
∎ ✅ Ensure safe and efficient storage with proper stacking, labeling, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices
∎ ✅ Maintain inward/outward registers, GRNs, gate passes, and ensure proper documentation
∎ ✅ Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QC, and Logistics teams for timely material flow and dispatch
∎ ✅ Enforce safety protocols including PPE usage and handling procedures for batteries and hazardous materials
∎ ✅ Operate inventory management software and ensure real-time data entry
∎ ✅ Generate MIS reports regularly and flag slow-moving, non-moving, or excess stock to management
