∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The dissemination of factual and scientific information of Nestle nutrition products in his/her territory for Increasing the Share of Stomach.
∎ Developing Relations with Key & potential Contacts. Ensuring Quality execution of scientific activities in his/her area.
∎ Focus on the development of the NA/MNA through continues support/coaching & feedback for enhancing individual performance.
∎ Monitoring and Development of his/ her area and ensuring proper flow of communication to the concerned.
∎ Setting the territory objectives for his area in consultation with the Project Manager and set priorities for work to be done in timely and efficient manner.
∎ Identify opportunities for consolidation / improvement and necessary action plan.
∎ Implementation of the cycle Communication Objective by her/his NA/MNAs (usage of scientific material and detailing guidelines, including the correct communication of product concept to HCPs)
∎ Personal involvement in key hospital accounts to facilitate secondary sales force. Responsible for expense control within the sanctioned budget
∎ To visit each NA/MNA at least twice every Cycle (at least 3-4 days per Cycle).
∎ Stewardship of all company assets used by her/his team like, territorial development, analyze progress/reports, and update set of records.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Standard written & verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali
