Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly/annual report of production unit/plant in the factory to the line manager or plant head.
∎ Study the problems and obstacles that work in production and make a report regarding them to the line managers.
∎ Make notes on reports on the performance of operations profitability.
∎ Prepare a periodic report to the line manager/Plant head of the study of continuous SOPs and systems and measure the extent of their effectiveness and efficiency along with the QA/QC department.
∎ Liaise with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department to ensure product quality and specification are consistent.
∎ Coordinate with the departments of maintenance to ensure efficient operations through periodic and preventive of production equipment and machines.
∎ Understand internal customer needs and take in execution through the team.
∎ Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems.
∎ Conduct assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations that minimize work efficiency.
∎ Daily follow-up of production unit in the factory.
∎ Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within schedule.
∎ Monitor the production team to ensure operations comply with health and safety standards provided by the EHS department.
∎ Follow up on the production rates of the production lines.
∎ Follow up to the required conclusion and its validity and conformity to the specifications required with quality management
