Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in a related field from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare lesson plans and teach the subject without any difficulties.
∎ Observe students in their natural environments to identify patterns in their behavior or academic performance that may indicate a need for intervention.
∎ Provide student counseling and career education (especially guide students on their way to university in Bangladesh and abroad).
∎ Promote character development of the students through the exploration of ethical issues across the curriculum.
∎ Attend Parents Teachers Meeting (PTM) and other school events.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the progress of the students.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 2 years of experience in teaching the subject in a reputed English Medium School
∎ Having a good command of English (speaking and writing).
∎ Ability to assist students to develop important human qualities, such as justice, diligence, compassion, respect, and courage
∎ Ability to understand and apply psychological principles to develop the moral values of the students
∎ Ability to address student learning and behavioral problems
∎ Ability to conduct online classes
