Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring the daily functioning and schedule maintenance of fire detection, protection system and fire doors.
∎ Performing regular maintenance and monitoring tasks, including repairing faulty detectors, input/output modules, cleaning various detectors, valves, gauges, fire pumps, electric and diesel drivers, and fire door accessories.
∎ Conducting inspections and tests of fire detection, protection, and fire separation systems such as alarms, hydrants, detectors, control panels, fire doors to ensure proper functioning.
∎ Troubleshooting issues with fire detection, protection system and fire doors, diagnosing problems, and making repairs as necessary. Lead the maintenance team with proper guidelines and work schedule.
∎ Keeping accurate records of inspections, tests, maintenance tasks, and repairs performed on fire detection, protection, and fire doors, in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
∎ Working closely with facility managers, maintenance department, fire department personnel, and other team to ensure sustainability of the system.
∎ Facing audits and documentation as per requirement and capable to prepare all documents as per RSC/ Elevate and others 3rd party requirements.
∎ Ensure the Drawing Work as per NFPA/BNBC/RSC Standard.
∎ Should have well knowledge on Auto CAD 2D and 3D NFPA/ BNBC/RSC/ NIRAPON standard.
∎ Prepare or update related documents i.e. As-built drawing, testing commissioning documents, maintenance report, calculation, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD 2D & 3D, MS Office & Excel and erection / supervision / trouble shooting of Hydrant & CFDS system as per RSC / Nirapan guide line.
∎ Experience required in Fire protection and Fire detection system: 1~3 year(s)
