Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Smooth operation of Instrumentation & automation system related to VRM, HGG, Coal Mill, Instruments, automation equipment and all PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all the electrical and electronic equipment to enable uninterrupted production through proper and timely maintenance.
∎ Keep the spare inventory level (consumables and non-consumables) within the budget to ensure an optimal level aligned with the business strategy.
∎ Responsible for designing, implementing & troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment as well as automation system, as and when required.
∎ Responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis and repairing the faults with ES, OS , PLC, VFD, PFI, VCB & ACB towards protecting from potential damage.
