Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture from reputed Universities or any polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operator (CADD), Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have knowledge regarding interior works.
∎ To site survey, collect data and make drawings, prepare budget.
∎ Taking field/site measurement and prepare bill of quotation.
∎ Have to maintain a proper communication with clients & office management.
∎ Prepare reports on site works and Report daily to superior and management as well.
∎ Candidates should able to work under pressure.
∎ Any related work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge.
∎ Must be a Motor Cycle License holder and willing to ride a Motor Cycle.
∎ Computer knowledge is must (Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Email, Internet, and MS Office etc.)
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard.
∎ Must be able to work in a team and self-motivated.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently
∎ Good knowledge in interior relevant works.
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest.
