Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Experience in Export oriented jute twine mills will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up, adjust, program and maintain all of the machine
∎ Assist to operate the project in a safe, smooth and effective manner by regular maintenance of above equipment and to reduce downtime by equipment faults.
∎ Control and economic consumption of spare parts, and other consumables item.
∎ Understand fault, troubles and response with prudent actions/maintenance.
∎ To attend for emergency maintenance in the times other than the regular working hours if required.
∎ Maintain proper documentation e.g., log books, maintenance reports, records of spare parts consumption, incident/accident reports etc.
∎ To coordinate with other departments as required. For example, cooperate and assist in operational activities with Production department, etc.
∎ Good knowledge on materials, tools, spares and machineries used in Jute Industries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly experience candidate
∎ Smooth handling with the machineries
∎ 2-3 Years practical experience in jute industry.
∎ Capable to lead the team.
∎ Mechanical Maintenance, Compliance, Health, and Safety & Fire.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
