∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ B.Sc in Electrical.
∎ Should have working experience in Cement Sector preferably in VRM technology.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and willing to work on shift basis
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the daily operation record/work progress record for the individual sections under the Electrical Department.
∎ Knowledge of understanding the electrical drawing, erection & commissioning process, cable laying & termination etc.
∎ Capable of appropriate diagnostics and maintenance of all electrical equipment, switchgear, HT & LT Panel, control panels; electrical equipment and instruments, etc.
∎ Ensure the safe operation of man & equipment under the electrical Department for the entire project. Also, ensure the use of safety gear for workers/staff/officers before the execution of any work at the site.
∎ Identify system integration and design issues and provide appropriate resolutions under the command of the Head of Department.
∎ Work with the engineering team to plan, coordinate and execute electrical projects.
∎ Follow up on the day-to-day activities of the Electrical Department regularly.
∎ Ensure the progress of work as per schedule & rectify the problems (if anything hampers) for the execution of work.
∎ Follow the Electrical drawings for the execution of Electrical erection work strictly.
∎ Maintain the log book & record for each and every equipments under the Electrical Department.
∎ Ensure the proper utilization of manpower, prepare duty roster to reduce the overtime.
∎ Review project specifications and identify technical constraints and requirements.
