Educational Requirements:
∎ 4-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from any public polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a challenging position reporting to the Senior Project Engineer. The major responsibilities are-
∎ To assist in smooth operations of the on-going project & civil construction through effectively & efficiently towards achieving the departmental goals.
∎ To prepare work schedule & daily work report and make communication with the contractors.
∎ Close supervision of each ongoing project/construction work.
∎ To check all types of shuttering, centering & casting.
∎ To take field measurement.
∎ To prepare Drawing in CAD and cost estimation.
∎ To receive instructions from HOD and pass to field.
∎ To prepare the bills and store purchase requisition, monitor and receive the correct materials.
∎ To prepare the annual budget for civil work.
∎ To monitor the schedule maintenance work of Building, Rain water troughs, drainage system etc.
∎ To check / Inspect the Buildings of the Company regularly and submit report of maintenance required & implement timely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 7~10 years' experience in relevant field. Work skill in AUTO CAD is required, at least be capable of 'reading & understanding' CAD & follow similar drawings at work.
∎ Age Limit: 25 to 33 years; age may be relaxed in deserving cases.
