∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ From any reputed institute with Minimum CGPA of 2.75

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Documentatio, Civil Engineering, construction project Management, Maintenance, Vendor management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solving any interior related problems that arises at outlets.
∎ Ensure budget according to civil maintenance works & Drawing- Design
∎ Ensure regular inspection and monitoring maintenance activities of outlets.
∎ Ensure completion of the project works within the master budget as per time schedule
∎ Ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level
∎ Ensure bill of the constructors, suppliers, vendors & facilitate timely payment
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment's & other assets of the company allotted for the project
∎ Engaging sub-contractor, vendors / civil worker for maintenance works
∎ Ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ Able to prepare of work plan. monitoring works assignment of company personnel and contractors.
∎ Having knowledge on basic electrical & Air Conditioning works to coordinate with appropriate vendor for maintenance work.
∎ Have very good knowledge of sourcing of modern maintenance materials
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any re-portable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have willingness to travel where requires.
