Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology, Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health, Master of Science (MSc) in Child Development
∎ Masters/ Foreign degree holder in Psychology / Public Health / Child Development along with O and A level educational background.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates from renowned Universities along with O and A level educational background.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Excellent communication skills in English, Student Counseling
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling and providing support to the students who are having behavioral, learning & emotional problems.
∎ Listening and understanding the problems of the students and their daily activities.
∎ Identifying the actual reason of the student's mental health/problem and making an effort to know every student for whom they are responsible.
∎ Providing guidance individually on the basis of the student's particular issues such as bullying, disabilities, low self-esteem, poor academic performance and relationship troubles etc.
∎ Consulting and maintaining communication with parents, teachers, administrators to resolve behavioral or situational concerns to help students succeed.
∎ Providing feedback weekly to the school authority and recommending appropriate action and solutions to individual student's needs and abilities.
∎ Promoting emotional and mental wellbeing through various group discussion programs.
∎ Conducting workshops and other activities on subjects such as bullying, peer pressure and mental health. Also conduct sessions with the Teachers on students' behavioral issues.
∎ Maintaining proper record of documents of the students that are in counseling with care and confidentiality.
∎ Regularly follow up on the students who are under counseling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
