Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check call enquirers who registered and attended our events. Assess Inquiries / Applications Academic background.
∎ Receiving applications and apply through online.
∎ Understanding Entry requirements and the different admissions policies.
∎ Understanding Visa and other documentations according to admission and embassy requirements.
∎ To work with the HR team and meet the target.
∎ Understanding different cultures, and working with people from different backgrounds.
∎ Handling clients through day-to-day phone, virtual apps, email and text message.
∎ To communicate with the university admission authorities.
∎ To work within the time frame.
∎ Attend Meeting university agents and students face to face.
∎ Assess students’ profiles based on the requirements.
∎ To discuss Student options and find the suitable options based on their academics, English and financial suitability.
∎ Attending education fairs in different Regions of Bangladesh.
∎ To process the application without any error, complying to the existing rules of prospective countries.
∎ Managing student portfolio through regular follow up and presenting the portfolios in board meeting.
∎ Gathering information from educators, support staff, students, and parents.
∎ Analysing curricular, resources, student results, and teacher performances, and ensuring that they align with set goals.
∎ Closely examining academic systems and reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Attending workshops and instructional materials to improve lesson delivery and admin processes.
∎ Advising teachers, students, and parents on the effective use of digital learning tools.
∎ Counselling educators on how to cope with exceptionally talented students as well as those who require extra attention.
∎ Monitor and Guide all administrative events of the organization.
∎ Focus on supporting, assisting and reporting to Assigned Chief.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Develop data application software with MS Access.
∎ Ability to work in a team and with partners.
