Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Student Counselor to join our Study Consultancy Department. The counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of choosing academic programs and institutions abroad, ensuring smooth application and visa processing, and offering continuous support throughout the journey.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counseling to students on universities, programs, and country options

• Guide students through application procedures, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes

• Assist in preparing and submitting applications to institutions and embassies

• Maintain communication with students, guardians, and international partners

• Stay updated on visa policies and international education trends

• Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events

• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on application progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English

• Proficient in MS Office and email communication

• Prior experience in a consultancy firm is a plus

• Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated

Experience Area Preference:

• Immigration/Visa Processing
