Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full-time (Desk Job)
∎ Office Time - 9 AM to 6 PM (Roaster Based), 6 working days.
∎ Salary - Negotiable
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ Deadline: ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introducing Learn with bdCalling and courses to the students
∎ Consultant students about courses
∎ Collaborate with another team member for student counseling
∎ Selling courses by communicating the offers through outbound calls
∎ Through structured counseling sessions, advise students and parents on their learning needs.
∎ Setting appointments, holding online demo sessions daily, in addition to follow-up sessions
∎ To generate sales revenue, Student sourcing & conversion, handle objectives, and price negotiations with respect and credibility
∎ Continuously learning and improving course knowledge and sales skills to meet and exceed increasing sales targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla verbal & written.
∎ Capabilities to Provide Great presentations based on any topic.
∎ Should have experience in Public relations.
∎ Should have experience as a Host / Presenter / Good Speaker etc.
∎ Experienced in Counseling.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability.
∎ Knowledge of Customer Service.
∎ Experienced with the related field will get a preference.
∎ If you have any experience as a student counselor in any training institute, you would be highly preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
