Job Responsibilities:
∎ We're looking for a results-driven, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment officer. You'll market courses to meet UKMC recruitment targets as part of our marketing strategy.
∎ This multidimensional role will be divided into three main aspects: Marketing, Recruitment and Admin.
∎ Marketing - you will be involved in content creation, social media, marketing analytics and building an efficient relationship with different departments of the business, ensuring the implemented marketing strategy is successful.
∎ Recruitment - you will be involved in different recruitment activities such as International student, UK local recruiting, looking after student ambassadors, and facilitating Assessment Centres.
∎ Admin: Collecting Students personal information and documents, data input to CRM, Filling partner University/College Application form, and all of our Student Recruitment Assistants get involved in a range of other activities including supporting applicant interviews, delivering Open Days and Applicant Visit Days, organising logistics for on and off-campus events and supporting confirmation and clearing. It'll be a busy and varied role for the right person.
∎ Due to the multifaceted aspect of this role, the ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be able to work well under pressure and priorities work to meet deadlines.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ Providing highly efficient and responsive administrative support to the Graduate and UKMC Recruitment teams by ensuring that all tasks are completed in timely manner
∎ Prioritizing specific tasks in line with the specific team/business requirements
∎ Supporting and organizing assessment days, including undertaking core administrative tasks
∎ Organising and attending various Marketing and Recruitment's events for staff, clients, universities.
∎ Developing a list of contacts and networks to raise brand awareness
∎ Contributing with engaging content for client, consultant, staff newsletter and sales and recruitment brochure
∎ Essential Criteria:
∎ Degree discipline - studying Business/Marketing degree or similar
∎ Communication - excellent verbal and written communication in English, email writing, CV and Personal Statement writing, and reporting skills; professional and outgoing approach
∎ Positive attitude - ability to work individually and collaboratively within the team and wider organisation; establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation; value cultural and ethnic diversity
∎ Results oriented - ability to prioritise and manage tasks/time in order to meet deadlines; great attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines; self-motivated, showing ownership and initiative
∎ Values - embodying company's values in their day-to-day life
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ 2,000 Tk per student bonus after successful enrollment if you can create any new learner. You do have option to create as many as new learners.
After 1 Year your salary will revised based on your performance.

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
