∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Civil Engineering degree from any reputed University with a full time studies.
∎ 8-10 years proven working experiencesExperience in Civil Construction and Structural in depth knowledge is essential and also thorough knowledge in AutoCAD and design software (StaddPro, ETABS, etc).
∎ Should have knowledge on BNBC Maintain all revisions of project drawings and drafting log.
∎ Must have valid Professional membership from IEB, RAJUK etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Age 35 to 40years
∎ Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
∎ Incumbent candidate must work independently and lead a Team of Engineers for a Project.
∎ Thorough knowledge in AutoCAD operation and Computer is a Must including Construction Software handling and understanding the interpretation.
∎ Ability to work hard and coordinate with higher Management.
∎ Commitment to sustainability and an understanding of sustainable building practices.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects with appropriate knowledge.
∎ Good command in procurement and purchase of all construction and maintenance materials with appropriate price, quantity and quality.
∎ Computer skills on word processing, spreadsheet, Internet applications and relevant computer programs.
∎ Supervising all the construction and structure works related to Civil, Steel fabricated, Electrical and other Industrial installations including HVAC and Structural Engineering.
∎ Planning & Managing and preparation of work program for construction and general maintenance of the facility including electrical, Air conditioning, interior etc.
∎ Monitoring and ensure quality of all works relates to construction, Maintenance and procurement.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring safety measures at the facility during work in progress.
∎ Strong writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Age 35 to 40years
