∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Design of Residential Commercial High rise Projects
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analysis and design of buildings and other structures
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing detailed designs and/or construction details for high rise buildings, elements or components, including associated specifications, schedules, calculations etc.
∎ Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs.
∎ Monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices.
∎ Lead the Structural Team in collaboration with the Civil Team.
∎ Provide lead management and oversight to the Structural team and inspire and develop the team's skills and qualities.
∎ Ensure the commercial interests of the Company is safeguarded.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, electrical, mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Knowledge about Civil Construction & Project Management.
∎ Understanding of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & protection, Interior drawings etc.
∎ Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Nirman Bidhimala & different international codes.
∎ Membership from IEB and RAJUK Nibondhon is must.
