Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Office; familiarity with Revit Structure is a plus.
∎ Sound knowledge of BNBC, ACI, ASTM, and relevant structural design standards.
∎ Strong project management, team coordination, and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising safety or compliance
∎ Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Office; familiarity with Revit Structure is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform structural analysis using ETABS and other relevant software for high-rise and complex structures.
∎ Prepare detailed AutoCAD structural drawings, reports, and design documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with BNBC, ACI, UBC, and other structural codes including earthquake-resistant designs.
∎ Optimize designs for structural safety, material efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams to integrate structural systems into overall design.
∎ Supervise and monitor construction to ensure adherence to design, specification, and quality.
∎ Conduct soil testing, land surveys, and collaborate on foundational recommendations.
∎ Manage project schedules, resources, and reporting with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
∎ Check and approve construction materials, and conduct lab testing (e.g., BUET) as needed.
∎ Lead monthly review meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
∎ Liaise with clients, consultants, and government bodies as required.
