Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Structural Analysis and design of different Steel Structures following applicable codes
∎ Analysis and calculation for Deadweight, Live load, wind, and seismic provision, and other applicable loads.
∎ Detail Design of structural elements, anchor bolt, base plate, connection, and other components.
∎ Preparing detail design and calculation report following codes and standards.
∎ Providing all necessary design and detailing information to prepare fabrication drawings.
∎ Checking detail drawing and coordinating with factory/site for fabrication/erection works.
∎ Preparing work schedule for ongoing and upcoming projects.
∎ Meet client/consultant/vetting authority for structural design and drawing-related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years working experience in Pre-engineered Steel Structural building analysis and design.
∎ Well experience in structural analysis and design software like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000 latest versions.
∎ In-depth knowledge in code and standards like BNBC-2020, AISC, ACI, MBMA etc.
∎ Working knowledge in AutoCAD & TEKLA structure, MS word- excel.
∎ Analytical and efficient problem-solving capability.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
