Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze structural elements and design steel structures according to applicable codes.
∎ Prepare detailed design of structural elements, anchor bolt, base plate, connections, and calculation report following codes and standards.
∎ Calculate Deadweight, Live load, wind, seismic provision, and other applicable loads in a standard way.
∎ Provide all necessary design and detailing information to prepare fabrication drawings.
∎ Check detailed drawings and coordinate with the factory/site for fabrication/erection works.
∎ Prepare work schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects.
∎ Meet with client/consultant/vetting authority for structural design and drawing-related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Having experience in pre-engineered steel structural building analysis and design will get preference.
∎ Practical experience and knowledge in structural analysis, design software, AutoCAD, ETABS and Staad Pro.
∎ Knowledge of code and standards like BNBC-2020, AISC, ACI, MBMA, etc.
