Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for researching cutting-edge technology related to construction industry standards for best practices and efficient design.
∎ Have to prepare the complete structural drawings with specifications, method statement & materials quantity, when necessary, with specialization in RCC & composite structure design for muti-storied residential & commercial buildings, factory buildings, warehouses, etc.
∎ Collaborate with different departments to ensure a proposed project plan's smooth and efficient completion.
∎ Visiting the construction projects at regular intervals to ensure they are being built to the specified standard and preparing the site inspection report.
∎ Liaising, Reporting & Updating the CEO by providing necessary data, information and decision-oriented issues of the respective project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The candidate must have a proven track record in structural analysis and design of complex structural systems (industrial, commercial & residential buildings).
∎ The candidate must be familiar with standard codes of practice, specially BNBC 2020, ACI, and BS codes.
∎ The candidate must be an advanced user of computational tools, preferably ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD Pro.
∎ The candidate must be an advanced user of Drawing Software such as AutoCAD.
∎ The candidate must have experience in field supervision and quality assurance of complex structural systems.
∎ The candidate must have membership from The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) & be capable of taking all necessary approval from the concerned authority.
∎ The candidate must know the basics of different Certification Standard, viz. LEED, WELL.
∎ The candidate must possess strong Managerial & Leadership qualities.
∎ The candidate must have a good command of written and spoken English.
∎ The Position will be based in Dhaka & will require frequent mobility inside the country.
