Job Context:
∎ Job brief: We are looking for a Strategic Partnership and Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager`s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
∎ Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
∎ Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
∎ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
∎ What does a Strategic Partnership and Account Manager?
∎ You will oversee and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts whilst at the same time keeping a keen eye for new and emerging accounts for potential acquisition. You will create long-term and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Go|Games remain in their immediate interest and priority. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
∎ Ultimately, you should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services to drive Revenue and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving revenue targets by growing existing accounts and actively seeking out new partnerships and customers.
∎ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
∎ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing team for the facilitation of various projects/campaigns
∎ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
∎ Take action on performance metrics of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
∎ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
∎ Prepare reports on account status.
∎ Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
∎ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
