∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Public university/institution will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction material receiving, storing and record keeping following standard practice of inventory management (both manually & thru ERP).
∎ To check the quality of construction materials.
∎ Maintenance of Ledger Book and other Registers.
∎ Posting & controlling of materials - IN/OUT/Stock properly.
∎ Field monitoring to check the material consumption.
∎ Record keeping of unused materials and reporting overstocking.
∎ Wastage control.
∎ Submission of store reports periodically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 (twelve) years proven working experience, out of which 10 years in reputed real estate company.
∎ Shall have working knowledge on store-keeping, book-keeping and inventory management.
∎ Shall be familiar with building products and finishing materials.
∎ Shall have ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
∎ Shall have excellent communication skills.
