Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred.
∎ 3-5 years of proven work experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service in the hospitality sector.
∎ Ability to speak English fluently.
∎ Appropriate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ and can navigate management software. Training will be provided on navigating our reporting software.
∎ Excellent conflict management
∎ Solid decision-making skills on the job.
∎ Good in resource, knowledge, and people management
∎ Good knowledge of communication with people.
∎ Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
∎ Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace

∎ Truefitt & Hill Bangladesh is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated full-time manager for its outlet at Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka who can responsibly manage the store’s daily operations.
∎ The manager’s responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. If you have excellent organizational abilities, we’d like to meet you.
∎ Ultimately, your role is to ensure client satisfaction and uphold the high-quality standards as expected of the brand.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily store operations
∎ Hire and train employees in our SOP and other policy guidelines.
∎ Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
∎ Order products for consumption and sales and replenish stock through inventory management.
∎ Arrange for regular maintenance services of all equipment.
∎ Ensure all services meet our SOP.
∎ Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
∎ Maintain our social media handles and respond to customer queries online in close cooperation with the management team and marketing company.
∎ Record daily transactions from clients and ensure that all payments are accounted for.
∎ Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
