Job Context:
∎ In this position, the person has to play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
∎ Job Location: Care Nutrition Factory, Nanakhi, Sonargaon, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using Microsoft Excel.
∎ Receive store Raw materials & packing materials etc. from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Distribute store materials to CM Units as per Invoice/ requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly.
∎ Maintain store ledgers as per VAT Law.
∎ Follow up distributor wise sales invoice.
∎ Collect Purchase Order from Accounts dept.
∎ Submit M.R.R to Head officer of Accounts dept.
∎ Contact with supplier about Raw materials problem & solve issue.
∎ Contact with Accounts department & Transport dept. for delivery.
∎ Sign on all MRR, Gate pass & Challan.
∎ Conduct Audit to ensure that Accessories keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & bin card.
∎ Follow up export delivery.
∎ Others work when company needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
∎ Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
∎ Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
∎ Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
∎ Skills to operate common office equipment
∎ Minimum a graduate
∎ 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping
