∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning and review time to time.
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of materials.
∎ Maintain inventory and stock of store by using modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory.
∎ Distribute store materials as per approved requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented & released.
∎ Monthly report preparation according to inventory flow movement and submit to proper authority.
∎ Co-operation and co-ordination with production, merchandising, commercial, accounts, and concern department regarding store issues.
∎ Maintain the software-based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned in the best possible way.
∎ Ensure working in compliance with warehouse policies & procedures and ensure no function is being performed out of these guide lines.
∎ Prepare proper data and submit to the management after shipment about remaining accessories.
∎ Ensure the safety and hygienic of all store area.
∎ Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
∎ Maintain overall store accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Basic principles of warehousing management and knowledge of warehouse operation.
∎ Sound knowledge on Appstream, Nextstream & ERP software.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of Store systems & it's SOP.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

Salary: Negotiable
