Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing Inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and implementing processes for tracking and inventory status.
∎ Manage and oversee all store operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
∎ Conduct regular audits and physical stock counts to ensure accuracy in inventory.
∎ Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with procurement supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
∎ Supervising Staffs, assigning tasks, setting priorities and ensuring adherence operational procedures.
∎ Prepare inventory report, purchase requisition, analyses trends, and provide insights to improve warehouse efficiency.
∎ Providing training, guidance to the store team to improve performance and efficiency.
∎ Identity opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the store operation.
∎ Generate different monthly reports on store operations.
∎ Ensure waste management.
∎ Maintain LIFO & FIFO where is applicable.
∎ Generate different monthly reports on store operations.
∎ Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
∎ Proficiency in warehouse management software and on in any ERP.
∎ We’re in need of a Store In-Charge (Sr. Officer /Assistant Manager) with about minimum 5-7 years working experience as Store In-Charge (Sr. Officer /Assistant Manager) in manufacturing industries. He should be very conversant with all the processes, procedures and terms related to stores of Agro food manufacturing industries.
