Job Context:
∎ Incumbent will be responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of stock management. He will be also responsible to maintain excellent store profitability, implement marketing programs, maintain overall high store standards and foster a positive work environment.
∎ Job Location: Factory (Rahul Group) Chandmuha, Horipur, Namuja Road, Bogura
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Distribution action plan.
∎ Coordinating all Staff of Distribution.
∎ Responsible for overall distribution, logistics, transportation and store management systems.
∎ Distribute as per sales order and receive incoming materials as per challan. Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
∎ Ensure regular reporting on warehouse and Inventory to concerned authority.
∎ Planning & installing systems for Inventory control.
∎ Optimize scheduling for proper completion of all Distribution activities.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of the warehouse reports by entering receiving records timely & accurately.
∎ Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
∎ Planning future capacity requirements.
∎ Issued data and maintain the computerized records of stock & others activities.
∎ Identify the gap between procedures and actual plan.
∎ Preparing inventory schedule after every three months.
∎ Report to management about inventory shortage.
∎ Yearly Head Office inventory and report submission.
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have 3 to 6 year(s) experience in Distributions, Store & Inventory.
∎ Must have work experienced in factory. Applicants should have experience in Hygiene/ Paper/ Pharmaceuticals/ Consumer Products Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Also experience in Store Management in a large manufacturing company. Experience and knowledge in ERP/Inventory Management System/SAP or any other customized Warehouse or Store Management System will be required
Salary:
∎ Negotiable but attractive Salary package will be offered to the right Candidate.
