∎ Store and warehouse operation management
∎ Raw materials, finished goods and stock management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the planning and daily operations of all EELL stores.
∎ Monitoring and preparing daily/monthly stock report and maintain waste report for all stock report.
∎ Ensuring raw materials availability on basis of production plan.
∎ Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies.
∎ Check incoming materials for quality, quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule and follow up the suppliers for delivery of materials in time.
∎ Inventory control and management of all raw-materials of warehouse.
∎ Ensuring finished goods delivery based on distribution order and maintain transport arrangement.
∎ Maintain and compiles monthly expenditure and consumptions report.
∎ Preparing Material received report and incoming bill vouchers.
∎ Making a SAP generated report along with manual for controlling raw materials shortage.
∎ Keeping a track on all local and foreign purchase order and close them through SAP.
∎ Identify and dispose the non-moving, obsolete materials and ensure proper issuance of store materials.
∎ Prepare monthly budget, road plan and distribution expense.
∎ Time to time communicate with top management of Head Office and Factory regarding QA, MCD, Accounts, Purchase and Commercial
∎ Ensuring systematic stocking of all finished products in respective store, maintain ledger and follow standard guideline when handles chemical products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 - 14 Years of Experience in store based work
∎ Preferred Industry: Electronics based company will be preferred
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Excel & MS Word
∎ Must possess standard written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages
