Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and plan for storage facilities of LPG Cylinders of different weight and related accessories.
∎ Maintain documents related to distribution, storage through staffs working under him.
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance of all staffs and materials within Regional Distribution Center (RDC)/Warehouse.
∎ Timely reception and delivery of inventory in accordance with demand note from distributors/other RDCs/warehouse.
∎ Perform periodical physical counting of stock of TDC/RDC Inventory to ensure that there is no discrepancies between physical stocks and book balance.
∎ Select skilled labors through Labour Handling Contractor for cylinder loading/unloading. Maintain standard procedure following the clauses of Labour Law to control the labours through Labour Handling Contractor.
∎ Regularly monitor stock quality and if necessary segregate faulty/dirty cylinders for maintenance/replenishment and maintain document and report.
∎ Maintain close liaison with local administration and public representative to uphold company interest at all times.
∎ Ensure the proper security and access control of TDC/RDC premises to minimize chances of fraud and/or theft. Ensure safety of TDC/RDC from fire hazard and take adequate protective measure to counter any untoward incident.
∎ Coordinate transport requirements with Transport Contractor with intimation to Head of Distribution for trucks to be avail for loading/unloading and timely delivery of cylinders to distributors/ Landing Station.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having work experience on Store in LPG sector will get preference.
∎ Good computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and computerized inventory system.
∎ Should have the capacity to manage multiple tasks following deadlines.
∎ Must have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
