• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Assist with diagnostic procedures and provide support during examinations.

• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Uphold the hospital’s standards for patient care and safety.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Mentor and guide junior nursing staff and students as needed.
