∎ Diploma in Nurse
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Timely attend the patients both in wards & cabins.
∎ Proper written handover followed up after each duty.
∎ Watch P/BP/Temp/RR for time to time follow up.
∎ Timely send investigation to the pathology and bring to inform consultant.
∎ Prepare patients file & record before hand over.
∎ Well dressed up during duty both in the ward/cabin or OT.
∎ Send patient to the OT with proper order & investigation report.
∎ Timely attend with doctor/consultants.
∎ Ensure timely discharge of indoor patients, with all measure.
∎ Noted down the consultant visit and follow accordingly.
∎ Smoothly & independently done some activities that support MO to do for indoor patients.
∎ Timely and gently share the problems with PMO/MO.
∎ Good booking of the patients parties.
∎ Gently taken feedback from the community team and try to compliance.
