Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Care, HR Operations, Sales Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify customer needs, analyze the information and provide satisfactory solutions.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Sales Performance Monitoring. Collect various types of reports.
∎ Ensure Field Force Tracking, check & verify TA, DA bills/vouchers in due time of Salesforce and send it to the accounts department with the approval of line head.
∎ Liaison Between HO & Field Force; collect problems of field force (Incentive, Online posting, Mobile bill, TA/DA bill, Attendance & Leave, Resign) and solve them by communicating with superiors
∎ Update daily & monthly sales reports as per requirement through ERP.
∎ Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating information.
∎ Support the sales department with other administrative tasks.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
