Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Structural Analysis & Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sound knowledge about construction of Civil Structures
∎ Should be capable of handling a number of projects at a time
∎ Must be well practiced and have thorough knowledge on Structural Analysis & Design Software such as - ETABS 9.7.3, 9.7.4, ETABS 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, STAAD.Pro V8i SS6, SAP, SAFE etc. as well as Drawing Software AutoCAD 2007, 2010, 2013, 2015, 2019 and MS office application.
∎ Conversant with Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) report, Design report (Accord, Alliance and NTPA RMG guidelines) etc.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on local and international building codes, Standards and practices such as BNBC 2006, 2017, ACI Code 318-99, 318-02, 318-08, 318-14, AISC ASD, AISC LRFD, AISC 360-10, AISC 360-16 etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): RCC & Steel Building & Factory Design (High rise)
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ The applicants should have experience on some completed project
∎ Experienced in Commercial/Residential/Industrial constructions work
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ Have sound knowledge about retrofitting design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Steel Erection Firm.
