Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation Bill of Quantity of Materials (BOQM) for steel & RCC Building both with Excel format.
∎ Estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for construction projects, using contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications have to idea about PWD date schedule.
∎ Operate AUTO CAD for Steel & RCC both High-rise building.
∎ Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.
∎ Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
∎ Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
∎ Keep track of the project's costs and budget.
∎ Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors.
∎ Carry out all other works assigned by the senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
