Job Context:
∎ A senior service engineer focuses on providing after-sales maintenance and technical solutions to products, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assure the well maintenance of all the resources including direct resources like Laser machine, chiller, Ozone machine, Cooling Tower Machinery, Load management, Temperature humility control and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ Plan & schedule for periodic maintenance.
∎ Follow up and execute scheduled maintenance work & ensure work completion as planned.
∎ Have experience on chiller commissioning, can handle breakdown calls, servicing, overhauling of compressor, troubleshooting of control panel and circuit, can handle team and training.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs on control Chiller, pump and refrigerated air dryers.
∎ Experience in chillers who can handle troubleshooting, commissioning and other related activities.
∎ Knowledge on chillers functionality theoretically / practically to handle the diversified customers.
∎ Collaborate with after sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide after sales support.
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning and controlling maintenance of all electrical system works.
∎ Verification of all types of electrical equipment’s installations, wiring, fixtures etc. according to the drawings.
∎ Perform electrical systems & wiring related planning, drawing and calculations, preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Perform Automation system & Commissioning to Full Automation project developing.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
∎ Help clients to solve all problems with installed equipment.
∎ Any Others job Assigned by Management.
