Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc /Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering from reputed university or institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Planning of marketing & Sales.
∎ Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target.
∎ Execution of marketing program (social media, Campaigns, Client's seminar, public events etc.)
∎ Accountable for resolving customer complaints sales and service.
∎ Requires providing regular reports of the sales, including sales activity, figures, opportunity tracking, and optimize sales results
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have clear understanding and knowledge about Lift & Generator business environment with in Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for Planning of marketing & Sales.
∎ Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target.
∎ Other delegated and non-delegated work as assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years direct Sales experience in any reputed Lift/ Elevator company.
∎ Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation & loyalty
