∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Real state Developer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the project as per the approved drawing & design.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule & maintaining quality of work.
∎ Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets.
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawing with respective departments
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan and bills
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule
∎ Supervision on rod binding and formworks before pouring concrete and endorse the results to the site order book.
∎ Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements.
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour
∎ providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain Management.
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
∎ Properly maintain the Register of Materials Requisition, Materials Received Report.
∎ Should be able to supervise supervisors and solve problems in consultation with the project in-charge.
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of the project.
∎ Must have good understanding in Work Place/ Construction Safety and Security.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
