Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 10 years experience required in relevant field
∎ All kinds of supervision for structural work.
∎ All kinds of finishing work supervision like tiles work, sanitary work, paint work etc.
∎ All kind of supervision for masonry work (Block work, plaster work, Door frame fitting etc)
∎ All kind of finishing work supervision and control of wastage
∎ Client Handle capacity and Prepare addition & omission file as per client requirement.
∎ Overall supervision of project safety, security and quality of all type work.
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast- paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the Developer Company and its current issues
∎ Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, DUET, KUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference
∎ Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong team players skills
∎ Arrange and manage the work forces to work in a discipline manner.
∎ Provide full support to the management regarding construction, repair and renovation works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
∎ Preferable Candidate from Any Public University.
