Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain store as per standard practices (receive items, maintain re-order level, BIN card, issue items, etc).
∎ Maintain stock of spare parts, chemicals, lubricants, etc.
∎ Receive & distribute machinery, equipment & parts.
∎ Bill & voucher preparation, check and process for approval.
∎ Update all items in ERP on daily basis.
∎ Ensure all issuing & receiving Items checking quality through software as per requisition.
∎ Always check and keep up to date physical stock with ERP software.
∎ Ensure timely and proper store reconciliation.
∎ Prepare various type of reports on store/inventory management daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Handling audit from any parties.
∎ Any other relevant assignments required by the superior/ management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge in MS word, xl, power point, ERP, net browsing, emailing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
