Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct product training for the field forces.
∎ Audit in-clinic performance of field forces to perform competency mapping and TNA.
∎ Conduct workshops to enhance selling skills of the field forces.
∎ Coordinate induction training for new joiner.
∎ Conduct product launching training.
∎ Design & develop training modules & manuals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Excellent presentation skill with strong verbal command
∎ Excellent product knowledge on cardiac and diabetic therapy
∎ Willing to travel extensively.

Salary: Negotiable
