∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Professional having IPE degree will be highly prioritized.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Having experience in Faucet industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily and monthly section wise production plan based on market demand.
∎ Follow up production schedule according to the plan.
∎ Monitor to ensure work order are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Ensure Execution of plan and reach the production target
∎ Evaluate current production process and recommend improvements.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
∎ Organize the equipment and raw materials required to meet production needs.
∎ Obtain output information (Number of finish goods, percentage of defective etc.) Prepare and submit status and performance report.
∎ Check daily section wise production and inform to project head.
∎ Prepare report timely as and when necessary (Quick response capacity).
∎ Monthly local & import material planning.
∎ New production costing.
∎ Implement IE, Six Sigma, Lean tools at production floor.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
∎ Collaborate with other staff & other departments like store, SCM, Sales, Distribution, production etc.
