Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Pharmacy/Business/Engineering background from any reputed university.
∎ A professional degree/ diploma in Supply Chain Management is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement of packaging and raw materials of pharmaceutical products as per the policy and process of the company
∎ Preparing comparative statements, procurement proposals and taking the approvals
∎ Coordinating with internal and relevant external departments for expediting the procurement process
∎ Taking initiative to procure raw and packaging materials with competitive process
∎ Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and preparing reports
∎ Identifying the most cost-effective offers
∎ Entering purchase order details like vendors, quantities and prices into internal databases
∎ Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
∎ Coordinating with suppliers and stores for receiving the materials and services on time
∎ Proceeding and settling supplier's bills in timely manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidates having prior work experience in large pharmaceutical industries will get preference
∎ Experience may be relaxed for deserving candidates
∎ Should have the interpersonal, negotiation, contract management, analytical and presentation skills
∎ Should be result focused
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
