Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Pharmacy.
∎ In addition, MBA or Diploma in SCM may get preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Responsible for sourcing and procuring different APIs [Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients] and Excepients locally and internationally.
∎ - Proactively submit documents to DGDA for approval of block list.
∎ - Develop new sources for APIs and Execipients.
∎ - Ensure that procurement is carried out in accordance with SMC-EL specific policies and procedures.
∎ - Float RFQ/Tender to all potential suppliers, compare and evaluate offers, submit for management approval and issue PO/ Agreement/ Contract to the awarded bidder(s).
∎ - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
∎ - Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
∎ - Coordinate with Demand Planning & Inventory Management team, monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
∎ - Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and receiving.
∎ - Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Have advance level computer literary particularly MS word, excel, power point, but candidate having knowledge on SAP or any other relevant software skills will be treated as an added advantage.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
