∎ CA (CC) / MBA / M Com in Accounting or Finance from Public University.

Job Context:
∎ Unitex Group Head Office: C & F Tower, 12th Floor, 1712, Sk Mujib Road, Agrabad C/A, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Payable Invoice by selecting Correct Cost Center, Location and Nature of Accounts.
∎ Daily bank posting and completion of bank reconciliation.
∎ Checking interest accuracy of all short term loan and reconcile it with liability positions.
∎ Monthly reconciliation of Intercompany Balance.
∎ Maintain Fixed Asset Documentation and fixed Assets register.
∎ Timely adjustment of all advances ( like advance against expenses, Staff Loan, LC margin, LC advance).
∎ Update FDR and retention money and timely adjustment of all advances.
∎ Preparation of monthly LC Costing of the company.Purchase & Consumption report of inventories, Raw Material and Spare parts.
∎ Monthly stock, Asset and liability report for bankers.
∎ Update all ledgers in software and reconcile with previous prepared Accounts.
∎ Timely payment of TDS and VDS to Govt. exchequer.
∎ Prepared and submit withholding tax return.
∎ Collect Mushak Challan 6.3 from supplier and issue Mushak Certificate 6.6 to Supplier or Contractor.
∎ Physical verification to project work, petty cash and inventory & Spares.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 (Two) Years job experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area:
∎ Working experience in Accounts or Finance of Manufacturing Company or (ii) Audit experience under CA Firm.
∎ Sound knowledge in English will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
